After the test is complete After the ultrasonic cycle remove the vial holding it with three fingers of one hand and the index finger and thumb of the other hand on the holder and lid of capsule. Place the index finger on the end of the holder, then place the thumb on the lid of the capsule for support, push the holder back off the neck of the capsule and remove the holder with both fingers.
